  1. In the last few days I have received E-mail and phone calls 
  2. that are unusual to say the least.  The most significant ones 
  3. follow. 
  4.  
  5. (1)  I have received a message via E-MAIL that I believe is 
  6. very important.  As I have a policy of never revealing 
  7. sources (thats why I have sources) I will not reveal the 
  8. identity of the sender.  The following was included in the 
  9. message. 
  10.  
  11. "Our goals are more-or-less the same:  An educated public. 
  12. Each of us has something of value to contribute.  Each of us 
  13. has others cheering us on.  I am sorry that we had to meet 
  14. this way." 
  15.  
  16. "I too have been in uniform.  I too have soiled my underwear 
  17. in fear.  I never digraced my uniform.  NEVER." 
  18.  
  19. "In time I am sure that we will meet.  You will then see that 
  20. my heart was in the right place." 
  21.  
  22. When I received the message of which the above was a part, I 
  23. sent a reply.  I asked him to tell me what his interest in 
  24. this subject was.  I asked who he worked for, what his job 
  25. was, etc.  I told him my address and phone number.  I asked 
  26. him to give me any information he might have concerning the 
  27. subject of the MAJIC files.  I told him that we all needed to 
  28. come together on this.  I then told him that if he were in a 
  29. sensitive position and could not furnish any of the info 
  30. requested that I would understand.  He sent the following 
  31. reply to my message. 
  32.  
  33. "Bill, thank you;  for your kindness and understanding." 
  34.  
  35. "We all need each other.  We cannot stand alone.  Each of us 
  36. must contribute to the common-good, so that each of us, and 
  37. our species, will survive." 
  38.  
  39. "Thank you," 
  40.  
  41. (NAME WILL NOT BE GIVEN)

  44. I also received a phone call from this same person.  The call 
  45. was was very innocent, HOWEVER, he mentioned several times 
  46. that the board and the phone was not the place to talk.  He 
  47. mentioned meeting at some later date.  When and where I do 
  48. not know.  I did not press him for any info or anything else 
  49. as I wish to gain his confidence.

  51. I have no idea if the name he sent the message under is his 
  52. real name or not.  I have no idea what he knows if anything. 
  53. The messages he left and the phone call are PREGNANT with 
  54. possibilities and if he ever contacts me for a meeting I will 
  55. meet with him.

  58. (2)  I have received two threatening calls from an unknown 
  59. source.  The first call went as follows.

  61. Bill--- Hello 
  62.  
  63. Caller--- Is your name Bill Cooper? 
  64.  
  65. Bill--- Yes 
  66.  
  67. Caller--- Would you like to end up in an asylum? 
  68.  
  69. Bill--- Who is this? 
  70.  
  71. Caller--- IF you continue your activities you will meet me 
  72.          sooner than you think. 
  73.  
  74. Bill--- Who are you? 
  75.  
  76. Caller--- You should know who I am. 
  77.  
  78. Bill--- I will not talk to you if you don't tell me who you 
  79.         are.

  81. Caller--- HUNG UP THE PHONE

  85. (3)  The second call went as follows.

  87. Bill--- Hello 
  88.  
  89. Caller--- Is this Bill? 
  90.  
  91. Bill--- Yes. 
  92.  
  93. Caller--- You are in over your head.

  95. Bill--- Who are you? 
  96.  
  97. Caller--- It doesn't matter you are in over your head.  HUNG 
  98.           UP THE PHONE.

  103. (3)  I talked to Christopher again and he denied ever seeing 
  104.      the original document or any document.  He said he heard 
  105.      that the document had lightning bolts striking at the 
  106.      bottom of the rocket.  When I pressed him he could not 
  107.      remember seeing the document and stated that he could 
  108.      not remember where he heard it.  In fact the graphic 
  109.      does have lightning bolts striking at the bottom of the 
  110.      rocket.  I do not believe him at all.  He called me and 
  111.      had me call him back COLLECT to clarify the matter. 
  112.      Thats how important it was to him.  He now says that he 
  113.      saw my file with his first name in it and does not 
  114.      remember why he thought it important.  He said that he 
  115.      WAS HAPPY THAT I WAS WELL AND THAT NOTHING HAD HAPPENED 
  116.      TO ME.  WHEN I SAID GOODBYE HE WISHED ME LONG LIFE AND 
  117.      GOOD HEALTH.

  121. (4)  I received this call from an anonymous caller.

  123. Bill--- Hello 
  124.  
  125. Caller--- Bill....Is this Bill? 
  126.  
  127. Bill--- Yes this is Bill. 
  128.  
  129. Caller--- I can't talk much.  I called to tell you that you 
  130.           are wrong about the alien base. 
  131.  
  132. Bill--- Talk to me, tell me what you can. 
  133.  
  134. Caller--- LUNA is the name of the base on the FAR SIDE OF THE 
  135.           MOON. 
  136.  
  137. Bill--- How do you know? 
  138.  
  139. Caller--- Never mind that, LUNA is the name of the base on 
  140.           the FAR SIDE OF THE MOON. 
  141.  
  142. Bill--- Can you elaborate, can you tell me anything else? 
  143.  
  144. Caller--- The earth base is called DREAMLAND. 
  145.  
  146. Bill--- How do you know this? 
  147.  
  148. Caller--- Never mind.  I will try to contact you by a safer 
  149.           method.  HUNG UP

  153. I do not know what these calls mean if they mean anything.  I 
  154. do think it is significant that the information is getting 
  155. out.  I will let you judge the content of the calls.

  157. The threats do not worry me as I know that the powers that be 
  158. will not give me any warning if they really plan on doing 
  159. anything to me.  If they are trying to scare me they cannot 
  160. do it.  Since Vietnam nothing much scares me at all.
